About AF 24 Form

Sixth, the applicant must state whether the applicant wishes to live in a house or unit that is “not suitable for military living conditions,” or has asked to live with his/her spouse or dependent family member. Does AF Form 24 have an expiration date? The AF Form 24 does have an expiration date—it is the date on which your officer receives your application and signs your extension request. Once you request an extension, your application can no longer be processed. However, the extension can be re-submitted every year after you complete the form, and the officer will charge a fee based on the cost of postage. An Officer's Extension fee has increased to 13.00 per year from 7.00.
